Limited Edition Giclee Print ‘Enniskillen Inspired by The Happy Prince Tale’

The painting is a tribute to the creativity of Enniskillen both past and present. Taking inspiration from Oscar Wilde’s Happy Prince tale the view is from the perspective of the Happy Prince. It includes three swallows in a nod to the tale as it was a swallow who helped the prince. I also wanted to highlight the wildlife we have around us. When you just take a moment to stop and look it’s amazing what you can see.

I really enjoyed painting this and adding all the intricate detail. I wanted to create a painting where you spot something new each time you look at it. Featuring several well known Enniskillen buildings there’s also lots of tiny detail included such as road signs and cars to give the painting real character. I wanted to create a modern representation of the beauty of Enniskillen with a nod to the creative heritage of the town.

Large print 24” x 12” with an additional 1” white border.

Small print 18” x 9” with an additional 1” white border

Each print will be hand signed and individually numbered and comes with its own Certificate of Authenticity.

Limited to 75 prints

The prints have museum archival quality longevity and are printed on Hahnemühle fine art paper.

Prints will be posted rolled in a sturdy cardboard tube.
