Limited Edition Giclee print ‘Faith’

I have always been fascinated by the Northern Lights. I travelled to Lapland to see them years ago, so when they appeared right here over Northern Ireland in May 2024, I was overjoyed — and I knew I had to paint them.

Faith is part of my Enniskillen Northern Lights collection, a series of three paintings capturing the town I love bathed in that extraordinary aurora light. I photographed Enniskillen on a bright Sunday afternoon in November 2025, near golden hour, heading roughly northward so the light was at its most stunning. I used my May 2024 aurora photos as reference for the colours. Faith features a beautiful swan on the Erne and the constellation Cygnus shimmering amongst the stars — a little nod to the swan below.

I had such fun painting this collection and I love how they've turned out. I hope they bring a little of that magic into your home.
