Original Acrylic Painting ‘View From Cole’s Monument Part 2’

My original acrylic painting ‘View from Cole’s Monument Part 2’ on a deep edge 12” x 24” canvas. 

This is another section of the stunning 360 degree view you get from the top of Cole’s Monument in Forthill Park in Enniskillen.
This section of the view features the magnificent Belmore Mountain in the background. 
I loved painting all the buildings, trying to get in as much detail as possible. It was all painted free hand so it was rather challenging at times to get everything to fit together but I’m delighted with the outcome.

I painted it using a mixture of brushes and palette knives so it’s full of detail and texture. 

It took just over 37 hours to complete.

The painting is currently unframed, professional framing can be arranged for an additional cost.
