Limited Edition Giclee Print ‘Bilberry Sunday’

Limited edition Giclee prints from my painting ‘Bilberry Sunday’.

This was inspired by the folklore of Bilberry Sunday at Benlaughlin Mountain. Benlaughlin means peak of the speaking horse. The tale goes that on the last Sunday in July a mythical white horse appears to predict the future to those who have gathered to pick bilberries.

Benlaughlin was such a joy to paint, I included the white horse and her foal as a nod to the folklore of bilberry Sunday. I’ve also included some bilberries in either corner. Of course I’ve also added a couple of swallows as it is the summer! 

There are two print options available as follows:

24” x 12” approx print area with an additional 1” border
18” x 9” approx print area with an additional 1” border

The Giclee prints will be limited to 50, on excellent quality fine art paper and have museum quality archival longevity. Each print will be individually numbered and signed and come with a certificate of authenticity.

Prints will be sent out rolled in a sturdy postal tube.
