Original Acrylic Painting ‘Wild Atlantic Winter’

With this painting I wanted to show both the beauty and power of nature on a winter’s day on the Wild Atlantic Way in Donegal. The beautiful earthy tones on the hills, the white horses barrelling in to the shore and a passing group of Light Bellied Brent Geese all under the gorgeous pastel winter light.

I loved painting this and hope it shows the energy and movement of the day.
